Orientation workshops in the beginning of the year for one week, in the beginning of the term for one full day and once in a month are conducted effectively inviting Top resource persons who excel in their topics. Sessions cover up topics that would enhance personal growth and professional growth.

Teachers attend capacity programmes conducted by CBSE and the topics learnt there are taught and reinforced in the school campus during Fridays in staff meetings. Teachers' resource books and handbooks content are learnt and discussed.

EDUCATION FOR LIFE (EFL)

Education For Life is a teacher training program all Keren teachers are undergoing this year. It covers the foundation for education, innovative teaching activities, class management and assessment. Teachers are taught to love and value every single child.

A team of teachers are trained up who mentor small teams as subject trainers and your heads. The team members are well connected and enjoy peer learning.

III. Personal conference

Senior teachers and team leaders observe the classes, spend time with individual teachers and act as mentors for their overall growth to become effective teachers. Much care is given for the competency of the teacher both in content and teaching. This personal conference helps in the attitudinal changes of the teachers and also to love and care for individual students.
